GUVC


When I start a video in guvc in kubuntu 15.10 the video runs for a second and then goes black. I worked well in 15.05 need some help.

More information would be helpful. For example:

How is the video encoded (avi, mkv, etc.)?

Does it work in other media players? Which ones?

Is the video publicly available so that others can test it?

Another thought came to be during the night. Try starting playback from the command line. Some helpful error messages may be thrown to the terminal.
