GUI Log viewer for any logs

I have a server that used to run under Mac OS X, now running under Rocky Linux on different hardware. I used to use Apple's Console application to view various system logs, mail.log, dovecot.log, multiple Apache logs, etc. It would show me everything in the /var/log folder and I'd just click to view and it would stay updated as the log scrolled by.

So far I haven't found anything comparable on the Linux side, I've found a few that looked nice, but wouldn't let me add some non-standard logs. Ideally something with a tabbed interface for watching multiple logs simultaneously.

I've looked at gnome-logs, glogg, some others, so far nothing quite fits what I'm after. For the moment I'm just keeping several Terminal tabs open and tailing log files. It works, but isn't great.
Recommendations welcome!
