GUI changed after restart.

My GUI has started to look ugly!
This is what happened. I restarted my comp after many days, and my GUI for certain applications, like VLC and psi, has started to look like the Win98 days, with sharp edges and ugly buttons.. (I've included a screenshot to explain this better)

I have no idea what I did to make this happen. I tried changing the settings in Look and Feel>Appearance, but that was only for windows borders and things like that. It didn't specify how to change the internal GUI.

Does anyone know what I did? And how I can fix this?

I'm using F10 and Gnome.
