GTKMM problems

Hi all. I'm pretty new to these forums and to Linux. I was trying to make an application with a GUI made with GTKMM. But my distro (SuSE Linux 9.3 Pro) installes GTKMM in /opt/gnome/include/gtkmm-2.0/gtkmm and to make a GUI with GTKMM I would have to do #include </opt/gnome/include/gtkmm-2.0/gtkmm/main.h> I noticed on the GTKMM tutorial they only do #include <gtkmm/main.h> is there a way I can do this?
Thanks in advance.
