GTK Theming issues
 

I'm running GTK 2.4.3, and I'm running XFCE 4.0.5

I'm trying to use a theme called "Aero", I got it at themes.freshmeat.net. I'm tired of the gray-on-gray usual for GTK and wanted something darker. There's a minor problem though. While I can get the theme to 'show up' (as far as I can tell it's working, since everything, mostly, goes dark), non of my text is visible! I assume there would be an easy solution (simply changing the font color within the gtkrc file), but, looking inside, I noticed that the font colors are already bright! I tried added something brighter, like #ffffff for white, but, nothing!

Can someone please help me with changing font color in gtk?
