I recently installed
Tilp. It detects and communicates with my TI-92+ just fine, but I'm having some problems with the gui.
When you run it, it should look something like this:

But instead, I get this:

No toolbar icons. Only "[a GtkToolButton]".
Here's the relavent stuff output to the command line:
Code:

So, I updated GTK+2, libglade, pango, and cairo (did I forget any?) to the latest versions from the source tar balls on their respective sites. (And, for a while, GTK just died for some reason... I wasn't able to run GIMP or anything, but I resolved that by reinstalling pango. I guess I should use "make check" more often.
) Even though I've updated all of the relavent packages I can think of, it still gives me no toolbar icons and gives me the same error messages on the command line.
By the way, I'm using KDE on SuSE 9.2, if that's any help, but it looks like the problem occurrs before it gets to KDE-Qt, so I doubt running it on Gnome would help. (I'd test it, but I don't have Gnome installed, so it would be a huge pain...)
Let me know if you need any more information, and thanks in advance for any help you can give me.
