GTK+ & other things

Ok, this may make a few people angry as it's not a linux related question per se. However, I use many different platforms, from OpenBSD for alpha CPU's, to gentoo on x86 CPU's, to Irix on MIPS CPU's. I also am a windows user, so I have to ask this question that no matter how hard I search, I can't seem to find the question to. Is there a way to change your themes on the GTK+ port for windows? Several people I know will complain about the look of GTK apps in windows (gaim in particular) and I was wondering if anybody knew a quick, or at least quick and dirty, solution to changing the default GTK theme.

Ah, nevermind, I found it in a newer version of GTK+. Does anybody know how to do it with the one that comes with gaim 1.5? I say this because you're forced to use this older version of GTK+ if you install gaim 1.5 (the libraries won't work otherwise).

Gaim has changed to pidgin. Download from..
http://www.pidgin.im/
The new version might look nice enough to let you skip the GTK+ hard sums for awhile. I would have little chance 'improving' an app's GTK+ graphics, but I allow myself to scrabble around in the sources to maybe figure out how its done.
My regards
G

I don't use pidgin simply because I don't like some of the changes which continue to be made. For example, they took out the shortcut keys to the emoticons in fear of AOL's patents. They made the away message interface rather buggy. They took away the emoticons that I like and although I can probably transfer penguin pimps, I don't really care to. The old gaim seemed more modular than pidgin. Also, I much prefered the old style of gaim autocorrect rather than the new one. If you can write me plugins that make it like gaim 1.5, then I'll use pidgin, until then it's gaim all the way.
