gtk-2.0 themes, enlightenment/eterm issue

I have the BluNite Enlightenment theme and I have a few issues.

First, I cannot seem to get the theme's matching gtk1 skin to work. Whenever i run switch2, I can get the theme to succesfully load, but the image gets very messed up sometimes. The colors distort and the borders in Mozilla and GAIM seem to be very messed up. Additionally, the file menus have this same issue. What could be the problem?

Secondly, I am told that Enlightenment is made to directly work with eterm. So I am assuming that the eterm folder in the Enlightenment theme is for Eterm. However, I am not so sure what I am to do to make the Eterm them work in correlation with the Enlightenment theme.

All help is greatly appreciated!
