I am experiencing problems with my gThumb Image Viewer. I operate with Ubuntu Breezy and have an HP Pavilion ze4300 computer.
When I use gThumb to view images, I am unable to view their icons but when I view the individual pictures under gThumb, I am able to see and manipulate the images perfectly.
So basically, I can see the files but not the image icon and can see the individual pictures but not when I am viewing all of them.
I uninstalled gThumb and then reinstalled it using my Ubuntu install CD. That didn't solve anything. What else can I do?
Assuming that your question is about not being able to see thumbnails at folder view level, then perhaps your problem is that gThumb is not configured to see thumbnails. Check under Edit, Preferences, the Browser tab and see if the thumbnails option is unchecked. If so, check it!
If that's not the problem, then sorry, I'm not smart enough to help.
