gslapt error, firefox error due to libpangoxft?


hello all,

when starting gslapt or firefox (vectorlinux) i get this error:

gslapt: symbol lookup error: /usr/lib/libpangoxft-1.0.so.0: undefined symbol: g_intern_static_string

/usr/X11R6/lib/firefox/firefox-bin: symbol lookup error: /usr/lib/libpangoxft-1.0.so.0: undefined symbol: g_intern_static_string

i have pango installed:
Package Version: 1.8.2-i586-4vl5
Package Size: 715 K
Package Installed Size: 4150 K

whats going on?

What firefox version? I am using firefox-2.0 and pango-1.10.2, and they work together.

firefox-2.0-i686-1kjz
pango-1.10.2-i486-1sdd
