GRUB Reinstall

I need to reinstall GRUB because I reinstalled windows overwriting my MBR (both OS's on seperate HDD's). Can I reinstall through FC3 install disks without down grading all the programs or do i need to get a seperate version and reinstall (what version do i need?).

And how do i install?

"I need to reinstall GRUB because I reinstalled windows overwriting my MBR (both OS's on seperate HDD's)."

Use a rescue CD to boot into FC3 (or a boot floppy if you have one). There is a rescue CD mode on your FC3 install CD. Once in your FC3 system edit /boot/grub/grub.conf to reflect your current OS setup. Then run the command:
grub-install /dev/hda
The grub-install command will place the grub boot loader on your MBR.
