Grub and cd boot

Shortly: I'd like to have "boot cd" option in my grub menu

Longer explanation:

I have a bios which lets me boot from cd, but I can't make it so that it first tries cd and then hdd, I always have to go change it to boot from cd and then back to hdd after I'm stopped playing. This made me think if it could be done from grub menu. I know grub can boot from cd and that it can boot from hdd but I can't find any way to boot grub from hdd which then would attempt to boot from cd(chainloader I think) so when I boot my computer the grub menu would be like

1. Gentoo 2006.0
2. cd boot

Any help is appreciated

Yes, this is possible. See these two messages in the grub mailing list: one, two.
