This is sampath, i am using two os in my laptop windows and ubuntu 10.04 yesterday i formatted c drive and installed windows 7 when i restart in booting menu ubuntu is not showing ..please help me urgent please................

Installing Windows after Linux will remove grub and replace it with the Windows bootloader. If you don't already have one, boot from a LivdCD and then follow the instructions here:

my problem is resolved.I formatted and reinstalled ubuntu.
