Grip - cdparanoia clipping end of track

Hello all,

I am using Grip wit CDParanoia to rip my CDs into .ogg files. I recently notice, now that I have 30 or so CDs done, that the last few seconds on some of the songs are missing. The last 3 to as much as 25 seconds are gone. I have even checked the length of the song in XMMS to verify. There are only a few songs so far like this, well that I know of.

Has anyone else ever seen this? Is there a fix for it? Is it just my CD reader and I am doomed for all eternity to have to verify the length of each song when I finish a CD?

Just asking.

PhilD
