Grip cd rip problem

Hi, Im trying to rip some cds with grip and when i hit the rip and encode button it tells me Invalid encoder executable Check your encoder config, I went to config/encode and changed the encoder to all diffrent encoding types and it does the same thing. Anyone have an idea whats going wrong? grip was installed when i installed suse 9.0 profesonal. Also, What would i use to encode mp3's lame or mp3encode? Thanks

Is lame installed? Can you encode using the command line?

lame -h <tune name>.wav <tune name>.mp3

# Rip a complete audio CD with cdparanoia
cdparanoia -B "1-"

Hi, Just tryed that and also tryed installing that other thing you said before but it told me there was a conflict with that program which was newer then the one you gave me i guess. but i ripped the cd in the command line and tryed to encode but got this error

lame -h track01.cdda.wav track01.cdda.mp3
-bash: lame: command not found
