greylistd not blacklisting anything

Is anyone out there using the Debian greylistd package? I can't find any fora for it. I've had it up and running for three days, and nothing's getting blacklisted & plenty of spam is still coming through.

I had all the timeouts set at their out-of-the-box defaults, which meant the retry timeout (retryMin) was 10 minutes, the retryMax was 8 hours (the time between the retry timeout & the retryMax timeout is the window in which an email can come and be marked as legitimate), and the whitelist timeout was 60 days (this one is not really relevant to not having anything in the blacklist). I've changed the retryMin to one hour to see if it makes any difference.

Anyone with experience in the Debian greylistd package?

TIA
