Green Print for Linux

I was wondering if there is an application like Green Print, http://www.printgreener.com/, or FinePrint, http://www.fineprint.com/,for Linux, more specifically Ubuntu or openSUSE. Basically, a way that lets you print only the pages you want.

Delete unwanted pages
Print multiple pages on a sheet
Combine multiple print jobs into one
Print on electronic letterhead
Archive print jobs
Convert to grayscale

At least half of that (actually the green portions) should be handled by your printers regular drivers.. see attached screenshots.

The greenest way of printing is still not printing at all. With some effort everyone can train him or herself to read from the screen as easily as from paper.
