Graphic driver for wine

ok i got wine installed and x is running but for somereason it wont load teh graphic driver here is the error i get:

linux:/tmp # rpm -ivh wine-20040914-SuSELinux91.i586.rpm
warning: wine-20040914-SuSELinux91.i586.rpm: V3 DSA signature: NOKEY, key ID 0175623e
Preparing... ########################################### [100%]

linux:/tmp # wine progman
Created symlink /root/.wine/dosdevices/a:: -> /dev/fd0
Created symlink /root/.wine/dosdevices/m:: -> /dev/sr0

You can now remove the [SerialPorts], [ParallelPorts], and [Drive] sections
in your configuration file, they are replaced by the above symlinks.

Xlib: connection to ":0.0" refused by server
Xlib: No protocol specified

wine: Could not load graphics driver 'x11drv'.
Make sure that your X server is running and that $DISPLAY is set correctly.
linux:/tmp # startx

Fatal server error:
Server is already active for display 0
If this server is no longer running, remove /tmp/.X0-lock
and start again.

Xlib: connection to ":0.0" refused by server
Xlib: Invalid MIT-MAGIC-COOKIE-1 key
giving up.
xinit: unable to connect to X server
xinit: No such process (errno 3): Server error.
linux:/tmp #

any suggestions on how to get it to load the graphics driver? winecfg wont run either :-(

Same issue; Please help.

Hi guys,

I got the exact same issue as rj686. I understand that WINE is quite difficult to configure, so any hint would be most welcome.

Thanks in advance
