Welcome to LQ.

I'd guess you mean :
"How can I write a tcl file that creates files to be shown with e.g. Xgraph ?"

Example (1) from the tcl file ex_wfd.tcl :
Code:
    exec xgraph out0.tr out1.tr out2.tr out3.tr out4.tr out5.tr -geometry 800x400 &
    exit 0
ex_wfd.tcl http://www.cse.iitb.ac.in/~varsha/al...les/ex_wfd.tcl
Ref. http://www.linuxquestions.org/questi...-3/wfq-846351/

Example (2) : ns-allinone-2.34/ns-2.34/tcl/ex/red-pd/ :
The command ./runall.sh will show some "graphs plots".

.
