graph and chart design tool


Hello,
I need some tool for Linux that enables to design charts and diagrams with entities and their relations, data flow, etc. It should provide layers, libraries of entities, etc. Any idea?

UML and/or traditional information modelling? Thanks for reminding me I still have two UML classes that I need to finish.

Umbrello UML Modeller (UML) looks pretty. In fact, I think I'll download it and give it a spin right away.
