gParted and other live OS'es not booting properly

I'm having this problem with my laptop trying to run gParted live on USB.

And then I run memtest86+, it passed once (getting 100 passed with no error) then when memtest ran again this happened.

Also tried to run specific test on memtest86+ and memtest2 does the same errors, so do test 11, haven't tried else of the test.

And thus I can't use my laptop. Please help!

I also tried to install Debian. But the screen flashes at the partitioning setup, before all the partitions appeared and sometimes fail to detect the disc. (sometimes it says segmentation fault)

I also run Mint live on it and it only stays on the splash screen
Also windows installation both 7,8.1 and 10.

Is there a way to fix it without buying RAM?

If everything you use is hanging or faulting even the Windows install or what have you then looks like you need to replace your RAM. Memtest showed errors meaning bad memory.

I had a similar issue in the past.

Replace your RAM. If there are multiple sticks eliminate them and retest 1 by 1 to see which is bad.

Replacing your RAM is your best bet.
You can do it yourself or take it to a computer repair shop.

Before replacing your RAM I suggest changing the bios settings for the RAM. I had this problem with a P8Z77-V Pro MB when I ran memtest. By slowing down the bios memory settings allowed the memory to work.

Before you go into your BIOS and start changing the settings.......which I don't recommend--

How old is your laptop?
