Well I post this one to answer you, but I got still a problem to install Quanta +, here are the errors :

something like :

collect 2 ld returned error status 1
make[3] error 1
make[3] leaving directory ...
make[2] error 1
make[2] leaving directory ...
make[1] error 1make[1] leaving directory ...
make all recursive error 2

There should be an rpm for quanta.

Like Aussie says, grab yourself the binary and forget about compiling (no real reason to if there is a binary available)

Thankz people,

Yep there was a Quanta + as a RPM package, thanks a lot and by the way, it's a very good editor !!! Now everytime I need software ( well in fact freeware ) I'll first look for a RPM !!!
