Google Picasa Wine

How can I use the Wine that came with Google Picasa for Linux to run other windows apps? I checked the Google Picasa for Linux faq and it said nothing about that. I don't have any wine commands available for me to use right now. Here is every wine file located on my computer. I'd rather use the wine I have instead of having wine installed twice on my computer. Thanks.

/opt/picasa/bin/wrapper the-app-you-want-to-run.exe

This isn't recommended, for two reasons:
1) it could mess up your picasa installation (if the app you
install misbehaves)
2) picasa's version of wine may not work as well for you
app as the latest wine

What you want and what you get are two different things. Picasa came with wine because google wanted to prevent their program from failing in case there was a regression when a new upgrade of wine came out. You may be able to use the picasa-wine but I really don't want to explain (too much typing). Sorry. Its probably best you leave it alone.
