Good tool to create Joomla! templates?

As you can see, I now have my site running with the Joomla! CMS.

I was wondering, are there any good tools to create Joomla! templates in Linux? Dreamweaver does a good job from what I hear but that's a Windows app. And I tried Nvu's plugin but it doesn't do so well.

I wrote my own Mambo template which just plugged into Joomla and I use a text editor. What special requirements are there?

I was hoping for something kinda like a regular HTML editor (like Quanta Plus or something).

I know you can use a text editor, but I'd prefer something graphical if possible.
