Good tool for backing up onto dvd?

I need to back up my 11.7 gigabyte MAME rom collection and I need a good tool to do it with. Preferably gui because I don't have a bunch of dvds to screw up on and turn into coasters if I make a error. Any help would be greatly appreciated because I have to get this done and in the mail very soon.
