Good IRC Program
 
What prog do you guys use for irc? On Windows I'd use mirc. so what do you guys recommend?

If you are using kde ksirc is a very good irc program.
I use it very often and it's very good

I like xchat. I don't use KDE or GNOME so I tend to not use their D.E.-specific aps much so I haven't tried ksirc. I was used to mIRC when I used window$ and xchat was comfortable to me when I switched.

I used to use xchat but once I tried irssi I was hooked.

xchat.. I use 1.8.11 though, i found I dont really like the 2+ series..

BitchX is the best. It's simple and text only.

I used to use mIRC on Windows. I have found Xchat to be the most comfortable.

The best advice is to try them and see which you like XChat and BitchX are good places to start.
