Good FREE antivirus for linux!?

Ok I am well aware that linux has relativily no virus issues, however I would like to have a free antivirus program on my computer just in case one of my friends has issues. One problem... I can't find any... I googled it and got only expensive server antivirus software. So does anyone know of a good free antivirus software for linux or no?

OH and before I forget I'm looking for one with a GUI, not command line.

ClamAv is OK:

You'll want the front-end GUI for it:
