Good file manager

Hi, I'm using fluxbox and was wondering if there was a good file manager that has some similar features of Gnome or Konqueror, but perhaps a little lighter. Also any thoughts on decent terminals (like aterm, something really customizable) and text editors would be appreciated. Thanks.

Rox for a simple good looking file manager,
Endeavour for a windows 98 looking file manager
Worker for a more mouse driven midnight commander type filemanager.
all of these have worked well on a celeron 467mhz with 64m ram running mandy 9.1 fluxbox.
