thnks for links,hmm... but tryed already without good results.
1) zenvoid-desktop hmm looking good except that fat left side panel.. using now something similar E17 tablet config.. but worth a try (if i can find gentoo ebuild or source...), tryed to setup looking similar matchbox desktop but it fails to run(very old dependencies i guess)
2) Plasma Active one-three.. tryed well it looks good except it crush a lot, only one useful config is basycom system image (does not have multitouch and kwin crush problems) but it's based on some zypper system maintainer config with now defunct opensuse repos and does not work with all software good only specific plasma-active optimized framework software(input, gestures etc.. had problems even with kde apps)
3) Semantic desktop with mixes of netbook config(played with creating own DE config) onscreen keyboard is useless and not working, also touchscreen complete freeze issues
4) OnLive this somewhat server-client system which i don't need (it's x86 Atom N455 with 2Gb of ram and 250GB hdd something that really don't need to be bare client).

checked zenvoid desktop(compiled from source)
zenvoid-window-manager - looks like emerald wm, no finger drag support
zenvoid-panel - works only with zwm, crushes a lot ,pretty customizable but configs is tint2rc text files
zenvoid-desktop - failed to run properly need configs placed somewhere
also managed to run matchbox desktop
desktop consist of generic icon app cats + folder to switch active process. lack of modern features but ui is pretty good for tabs, still not yet ready to leave it as default shell:(

Depending on your skill level, and your tablet make/model, you might be able to use the Ubuntu preview stuff:

https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Touch/Devices

Its not production-ready, but it is pretty tight to see.

checked Ubuntu Touch too .. but it's realy imho intended to bootstrap android devices, hijack kernel and run Ubuntu T environment. Long time ago checked their launchpad ppa but sources where really in bad shape(+outdated) with high risk of killing native ubuntu environment so i decided to not install it. On top of that recent ubuntu releases really degraded in quality (test cycle/response)
(kernel + X, last working multi-input i saw at 8.x releases).
