Good anti-spam mail gateway with web UI

Hi,

I've been using MailCleaner for a couple of years and I'm looking for something else.
Do you have any recommendations to what I could use instead?

Doing a quick Google search I found RadicalSpam, a French software.
Has anyone here had any experience with this?

Any other recommendations? What do people here use?
