GNUS email problem

gnus is my default email client but i got some problems with it first problem i send my mail from localhost(sendmail) how can i change it to show my email address in the return path it says (devil@hell.localdomain)second guestion is how can i see the groups that has no new message in it (p or shift+p doesnt work cause i cant see them in group buffer) third question how can i set my browser so when i click on a link it opens i googled find a relly good site explains everthing but these are the things i could not find for those intrested the url is
