Exclamation GNU parted with ntfs support on what live cd?

Hmm, well Im looking for a live cd distribution that has gnu parted 1.8, wich support modifying ntfs hard drives, pre-installed.

Do you guys know what live distro has it?

How can I look for the packages installed or included within a live distro before downloading it?

System Rescue CD should fit the bill for you. According to their page it is currently shipping with Parted 1.8.8. I have used System Rescue CD for years, and it has proved invaluable when working with both Linux and Windows machines.
