All of my links to gnu parted dont work. can someone either send me the tar or send me a link that works?

every time i click it no matter how many times i refresh nothing comes up

i finally just downloaded a different version and when i use ./configure localhost it says "error installation or configuration problem: C compiler cannot create executables. anyone know how to bypass that?
