gnome3 clock cannot display seconds

Greetings,
In Gnome3, Iwould like for the clock to be able to display seconds in addition to hours and minutes. All info available via Google is invalid:

A common but invalid solution appears immediately below. This solution has been italicized for your convenience, and its url appears immediately below the italics:

$ gsettings list-schemas | grep shell
org.gnome.shell
org.gnome.shell.clock
org.gnome.shell.recorder
org.gnome.shell.calendar

http://blog.fpmurphy.com/2011/03/cus...e-3-shell.html

This schema (org.gnome.shell.clock) does not exist rendering the post's solution invalid

AskUbuntu is normally very accurate. An askubuntu post suggest an invalid solution. This solution has been italicized for your convenience, and its url appears immediately below the italics:

...run this command in a Terminal:

gsettings set org.gnome.shell.clock show-seconds true

This schema (org.gnome.shell.clock) does not exist rendering the above post invalid

Google lacks info on schemas.

Plase help.
Thanks

Install gnome-tweak-tool, then run it. Tweak tool has an option to enable display of seconds.

Solved, thanks, Goumba

Your suggestion, 'gnome-tweak-tool,' worked well. It appears to be an addendum to dconf-editor.
Thank you very much, Goumba
Edit: The seconds just disappeared. Let's see what a reboot does.

Gnome-Tweak-Tool renders computer useless

Goumba, although I still appreciate the fact that you attempted to help me, I have to warn anyone who would use gnome-tweak-tool: Gnome-tweak-tool rendered my computer useless. Although I could boot to the GDM prompt, I could not login using: Gnome3, fallback, not even the backup window manager, fluxbox.
As of JUne 3, (refer to Arch Linux News) Arch Linux went through what I consider to be a major change. Perhaps the change is why Gnome-tweak-tool rendered my computer, which runs 3.9.8-1-ARCH, useless. Good thing I had a backup! Arch linux users beware!
Goumba, again, thanks for attempting to help me, but no joy.
