gnome15

I'm trying to install gnome15 for my Logitech G510s keyboard. In times past, the following ppa worked, but not now.
Code:
 # add-apt-repository ppa:tanktarta/gnome15
Cannot add PPA: 'No JSON object could be decoded'.
Some of the components are available with apt-get, but not the python code.

Where should I be looking?
Thanks

Gnome is a desktop manager
not a keyboard driver

and it is Gnome2 or Gnome3

Have you tried "Additional Drivers" in your menu?
Does the keyboard work at all or are you just trying to get the multimedia keys working?
Here's a link that resulted in keyboard working but not multimedia keys, maybe you can get it working

gnome15 was the old site name. Now it is http://sourceforge.net/projects/g15tools/ You may need to rebuild from the latest source.

John VV: Gnome15 is a project that provides support for Logitech Gaming Keyboards, including the ability to record keyboard macros on the extra keys (18 in the case of my G510s).

EDDY1: The keyboard works as a normal one does but the G* keys are not available. As for the multimedia keys, I want to be able to re-assign them for use in emacs, but Mint 17.1 won't let me.

smallpond: Thanks for the working link. I will check it out. I saw another one to g15tools recently but the page I got was from some shopping site with a message that the domain name had expired. Hacked perhaps?

Thanks for the replies.
