gnome WM question


HI, I run Debian (the newest Beta), and gnome... anyway, i have to manually load metacity in a shell window everytime i start gnome.... this seems silly, cant I change something to make it run everytime i start?

before loading metacity open console and run "gdmsetup" as superuser. select graphical menu. Logout. login
