Gnome Window Border Snapping/Stickyness

I am a KDE refuge trying to configure gnome. I was wondering if gnome 2.6 has an option to make window borders stick to each other - in that they will stick to each other for a given number of pixels. I can't seem to find the setting in gconf-editor or in any menus. Any of you guys do this?

Aaron
