Gnome Weather Report v2.2.2 not Updating

I currently have Gnome Weather Report 2.2.2, and it is not retrieving information. Any idea's as to why? I would give more information, but I don't know what would be relevant to this.

Found it, I started looking through the manual, and it said if you wanted to use proxy server to set it through another applet. Then I thought, I did do that....like a month ago....if the proxy server went down........went back, removed the proxy server...and voila!
