Gnome video thumbnailer: options?
 

Gnome uses gnome-video-thumbnailer to create a video thumbnail.

Obviously it does not use the first video frame, but one later in the video file. Is it possible to configure which frame to use (e.g. 1 secs into the clip, 2 secs into the clip)?

Perhaps using the "backend options"? I wonder which options the backend (totem) offers.
