Gnome toolbar

Can anyone tell me how to change the gnome tool bar icons ( back, forward, refresh... etc.)?? I'm using the Aquatic icon theme in Galeon and I'd like Nautilus to look like it. I looked in the gnome preferences but couldn't find anything useful.

I'm using Red Hat 8.0
