Gnome Taskbar/Panel is skrewed up (screenshot included)

Hello everyone, i just installed debian sarge on my ibm X31 laptop and have everything setup and running perfectly. Except for one thing, the taskbar/panel at the bottom of the screen, the listing of windows will run over eachother, at least the text on them will as you can see in the screenshot below. Now if there are only a few items on the screen it doesnt always happen, but if i have several windows open it quickly becomes impossible to tell what is what. If anyone has any ideas on how to fix this i would greatly appreciate it!

This may not be satisfactory to you, but you could remove the 'Windows List' applet from your toolbar, and replace it with 'Windows Selector' ... Personally, I like that format a lot better.
