Question Gnome shell icon theme

My gnome3 icons have global changed some how. The setting page comes up as if the icons are missing, and my icons are not longer the black and white. They're colour. How do I switch them back? (Advanced tweak tool seems to before the local user and this is currently set globally some how.)

Managed to find a way to debug this. I ran gnome-shell --replace from a terminal window. Logs of Unrecognized image format errors on pretty much all the images. Guess I found my problem.
