Gnome RPM

Does anyone know where I can download a full version of the gnome rpm program? Also will it work with a kde gui? My distro is Mandrake 9.1.

First off GNOME is another Desktop Environment, so you wouldn't be using it with the KDE gui rather, you would be using it instead of KDE. But, if you look on your install discs, you probably have everything for a full GNOME install, so check there, that's your best option. You could always try and download the source from the download website, but it would probably work the best, and be the easiest if you just installed from the distro CD you installed from.

I already know that gnome is another desktop environment.
I figured that gnome rpm is gnome software. The point is that in my manual gnompm is rpm software, therefor should work with any rpm distro.
I checked my install disks and gnome rpm was not there. Surely this software should work with any network environment.

Well it requires certain Gnome libs that come with a typical install. Are you looking for any specific software? For example, I run Gaim which uses GTK, and it builds fine and works perfectly under IceWM, so does LogJam, GEdit and hordes of other Gnome apps. If you install from RPM, and it requests a lib, search for it and download the RPM that contains that lib. I'm sure you don't want ALL the Gnome software.
