gnome opens folder in new window

When I am going through folders, every time I open one, it opens the folder in a new window leaving the old folder window open, i hate that. Ive looked through the settings everywhere I could see and dont know how to set it to open in the current window, anyone know how to set this? thanks

In nautilus open preferences and under behaviour tab select option to use it like browser then it will not open multiple windows.
