Gnome menu editing in Red Hat 9?

I'm enjoying running Gnome on my Red Hat 9 system but I have not found a way to edit the menu.. Is there a program to do this? Is said program included in Red Hat 9?

No, the menu editor is coming in 2.4.

Try going into preferences:/// in Nautilus.

Theres a section that is your Menu, just add/remove shortcuts accordingly.
