Gnome Meeting screen appears frequently how to get rid of

A few days back I curiously started the program Gnome Meeting. After the screen appeared I did not configure it with any parameters as I cannot connect internet from Linux. I use Red Hat 9. After that this Gnome Meeting screen is appearing frequently while I am working other jobs in Red Hat. It is coming with 2 error messages which are as follows :

Error : Failed to bind to ladp server. Can't contact LADP server.

Error 2 : Errow while registering to

Even when I am going to log off from Red Hat, then it is also coming. How to get rid off from this error messages and that program?
