Gnome icons under KDE

Hi. I'd like my gtk application to use clearlooks icons, exacty as they do when I'm working under Gnome. But when I'm working under KDE they fall back to defaults. I've managed to force them to use Clearlooks style by adding a line to ~/.gtkrc-2.0:
include "/usr/share/themes/Clearlooks/gtk-2.0/gtkrc"
But how to do the same with icons? Also font in gtk apps are too huge (I guess 12, I work with 8). How to change them to 8 when working under KDE? And also how to set up the colour? Basically, I'd like my gtk apps to look uder kde exactly as under gnome. Greets.

Thanks. Seems to work here too. What is more, font sizes don't screw up between gtk and qt apps.
