Gnome 2: Multiple desktop wallpaper images per workspace
 

Is there a way to have a different desktop wallpaper images per workspace in Gnome2? In other words i want a different background image for workspace 1, workspace 2, workspace 3 and workspace 4 in my Gnome 2.10 environment.

I am not sure, whether you could have diferent wallpapers for different workspaces in GNOME, but KDE has it.

Right click and then you might be able to have different wallpapers for different workspaces!

im thinking that it cant be done without some code modifications.. Enlightenment also lets you do this...its a pretty feature i think.
