At last. I'll get it tomorrow. I'd like to compile both KDE3 and GNOME2 and compare them. Anyone has tried them both (GNOME2 rc, maybe)?

I have not yet installed Gnome2, but I used KDE3.
I already more like Gnome 1.4.1 (without Nautilus which slows things down :)). It is much faster than KDE and offers a lot of features.
Gnome2 seems to have improven a lot behind the scene. You probably won't notice much from the change except for the AntiAliased fonts.

GNOME 1.4 was nice, but has some features that irritates me. From what I read, GNOME 2 will be much better for me (it has very interesting architecture :) )
