GMPlayer Question

Does anyone have any idea why gmplayer plays the same file 2 times when i open a file to play?
In other words, I open a mpeg, It plays it, then it plays the same mpeg again.
Thanks

I'd guess it's somethign to do with the way you're using the GUI itlsef, what if you just run "mplayer file.mpeg" to play it without gui?

I found that it only does it over the internet. When i open up mpegs on my system it dosnt do it, Ive never used it from the console and i think it will work correctly cuz i just discovered the afforementioned activity.
